Venn Leadership and Consulting, LLC was established in 2010.  Established as educational/leadership/consulting company, it now offers selective private investigation services.

Venn Leadership and Consulting, LLC, is an unique company in that it conducts private investigations, focusing on insurance fraud and human resource (HR) matters. The founder, Pedro Bennett was an educator for 20 years, he independently provides conflict resolution and cognitive learning training for corporations. In addition to Mr. Bennett’s teaching experience, he is an ex-police officer and a federal contract background investigator. 

At Venn Leadership and Consulting, LLC, the head investigator takes pride in presenting thorough investigative reports that reflect industrious surveillance and research.  In reference to conflict resolution and cognitive learning training, the founder uses his 10 years of police and background investigation experiences, as well as his 30 plus years of martial arts and 20 plus year of working as an educator to help identify a conflict and strategize to find the most appropriate solution.  He shares his wealth of knowledge concerning how to improve workforce production through empowering subordinates with the understanding of self-awareness. 

As it relates to private investigations, Venn Leadership and Consulting, LLC is currently licensed/registered in Virginia; however, matters relating to conflict resolution and cognitive learning training, the founder is available to travel throughout the U.S and Canada.
